Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy
At EssentialsForUse, we take pride in offering high-quality products at competitive prices. Please read our return and refund guidelines below before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation & Changes
Because our automated fulfillment system processes orders immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery times, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. Please double-check your shipping address and variant choices carefully at checkout.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect product, we will issue a 100% full refund or send a free replacement immediately.
To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged item:
  1. Contact our support team at essentialsforuse@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your package.
  2. Provide your order number and attach a clear photo or a quick 5-second video showing the defect or damage.
  3. Once verified by our team, we will process your refund or ship out a replacement. You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.

3. Buyer's Remorse & Change of Mind
We want you to love your purchase. However, to maintain our low prices and free shipping options, customers are responsible for handling and paying all return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
  • Items must be completely unused, in their original packaging, and in the exact same condition that you received them.
  • Because items cannot be returned to our fulfillment warehouses, you must contact our customer service team to receive the correct designated return address. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address listed on the shipping label, as it will be rejected.
  • Once your return is received and inspected at our designated facility, your refund (minus any original payment processing fees) will be processed.

4. Lost Packages & Delays
Our standard delivery window for the United Kingdom is 3 to 7 business days after processing. If your tracking information has not updated within 10 business days from the shipment date, please contact our support team at essentialsforuse@gmail.com so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
