1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification email containing your tracking information once your order has officially shipped.
- Please note that processing time is separate from actual transit/shipping time.

Important Notice on Delivery Times: Because we source our travel gear directly from specialised international manufacturers to keep costs low for our customers, the typical delivery timeline is 5 to 10 working days (but could take longer). Please consider this timeline if you are purchasing a bag close to your holiday or flight departure date.
4. Order Tracking
When your order leaves the fulfillment warehouse, we will instantly send you a shipment confirmation email containing your personal Tracking Number and a link to trace its journey.
- Tracking data typically takes 24 to 48 hours after shipment to update on the carrier's system.
- You can track your package directly through our website tracking portal or via global tracking platforms.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
EssentialsForUse is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied to your package during international transit. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs to reship the item.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your travel bag arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately.
- Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Email us right away with your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can issue a replacement or refund immediately.
